The author starts out by teaching the reader how to have a well balanced diet - information everyone needs to know.This book is wonderful. If you have received that dreaded diagnosis, your doctor is not going to give you as much advice as Diana Dyer does. This book tells you how to improve your diet to maximize your chance of surviving. If you are still healthy, try to stay that way by following her guidelines.
